Living Table (Performance)

The Living Table is an experimental concept between familiarity in daily life and new experiences. Normally, when people are eating food, whether at home or outside, they all have to sit in a chair at a dining table.  To break this static setting the idea started to change the normal dining table into a living table. Let people become the carrier of food arrangements.  Will this possible?  This experiment is a collaboration between food artist, Waew Voraphotmuangman and fashion designer who makes wearables made from rubber, Khun Nim Kaewtrakan Both of us have worked on this concept and developed a design for a performative food presentation.  As for the food styles that we offer, there will be a combination of East and West. Style. And I will cook the unique local ingredients.  According to the locality with a presentation in the Westside.
